Dit is vanaf nu verleden tijd door onze End-of-Line machine. Deze oplossing detecteert een fout en onderneemt hier desgewenst actie op. Het systeem maakt onderdeel uit van ons ViTrack software platform. Hiermee heeft u toegang en beheert u het systeem volledig vanaf uw eigen werkplek.

When do you choose inspection automation?
If you produce and pack products (with allergens), checking for correctness is of great importance. You want to prevent a recall and increase customer satisfaction. We do this by fully checking every product that your customer receives. In addition to checking your products, you also want insight into the valuable production information and, if necessary, adjust accordingly.
Best before date
You want the (printed) best before date on your packaging to be clear, readable and above all correct. Our solutions check the printed text and date on these aspects.
Foil
The foil on your package must match and be appropriate to the product that is currently being produced. The position of the foil is also important for the appearance of your product. That is why these checks are carried out in our solutions.
Add-on label
Do you need a promotion label, or do you want to draw the attention of the customer to a special feature on your product? Then you use add-on labels and want the label to be attached to your product correctly. We check this with our solution.
Barcode
The right barcode on your product is important for the handling of your customers, it is also important for a check of the right label or foil. We can guarantee the quality of the barcode by giving a signal when the quality of the printing of the barcode decreases.
Seal control
The quality of your product is extremely important, therefore the packaging must be properly sealed. An interruption of the seal through (part of) your product is not desired. Our solution checks your product for this and rejects the wrong versions.
Pattern
You want to sort products, but the product does not contain a barcode or is not visible? Our solution offers an outcome here. We check the product based on various characteristics and provide you with correct information to sort the product.
PackCheck, your solution
Vision tools
The PackCheck has various vision tools on board. The topside camera checks the best before date, including Shelf Life Control. The top label is inspected for presence, correctness and position. In addition, it is possible to check the seal for pollution. The bottom camera check based on barcode or pattern.
Variety of products
The PackCheck checks the top and bottom of your product. Of course it is also possible to check the products from the side by using one (or more) side cameras. The PackCheck is placed between your production line. In the event of a (repeat)error, we can temporarily shut down your production line and / or activate an alarm, this is done in advance in consultation.
Supported by PackCheck Connect Software
The PackCheck Connect Software is a part of the PackCheck Solutions. This software connects the various elements, such as product inspection, logging of results and the quality of a production run, as a whole. The PackCheck is provided with a control screen for the operator. On this screen, the images from the cameras are visualized so that the operator can see whether the inspection was successful. When a product is rejected and ejected, the reason for rejection is shown on the screen.
Loading a new product (recipe) is very easy to do due to a scan or loading action by the operator. A connection to your parent system is of course possible, so that data is automatically loaded into the PackCheck.
A web dashboard is available for your quality service, which can be consulted at any place within your network for live statistics and production history.
